Faber & Co.

About

A boutique procurement and concierge partner

We help clients realise and care for exceptional interiors across private homes and boutique hospitality spaces, from sourcing and acquiring the right pieces and managing their delivery, to arranging specialist services, replacements and updates as an interior evolves.

Our approach

Two deliberate choices, one highly personal service.

Intentionally small

We deliberately remain small so we can work closely with a select number of clients, with direct involvement from the founders. This lets us tailor our involvement to what each client and project needs, and provide a level of personal attention that is difficult to achieve at scale.

Built on relationships

We believe strong relationships are at the heart of exceptional service. We do not simply execute a brief. We take the time to understand our clients and their requirements, whether we are bringing an interior together or continuing to care for it, allowing us to adapt our approach rather than apply a one-size-fits-all model. Every engagement is considered individually, and our clients are valued as partners rather than treated as numbers.

The result is a highly personal service, shaped around the people and projects we work with.

What we bring

Creative intent, and what it takes to realise it.

Our experience spans interior design, hospitality, retail, procurement, logistics and international project delivery. Over the years we have built an international network of established and emerging brands, artisans and specialist service providers, as well as the relationships that give us access to privileged pricing and commercial terms.

This combination allows us to understand both the creative intent behind a project and the practicalities of bringing it together.

Ernst Christiaan Faber

Ernst Christiaan Faber

FOUNDER

Ernst has spent nearly two decades working in luxury interiors, both on the creative and commercial side of the industry. He originally studied Hotel Management, and that grounding in hospitality has continued to shape his approach to clients and service throughout his career. As a Creative Director and Commercial Director, he has led residential, commercial and retail projects across Europe.

His career began with senior roles at Minotti London, Flexform and Molteni&C, as well as with British names including David Linley and Aynhoe Park. His projects have taken him from Knightsbridge to Marbella, Geneva to Abu Dhabi. Along the way, he has worked closely with hundreds of leading interior designers and architects on award-winning projects, while also advising private clients, makers and suppliers across the international design world.

Ernst has also realised interiors and property developments of his own, which has given him an appreciation of projects from the client's side of the table. His experience ranges from sourcing collectible pieces and developing bespoke furniture to delivering more than 300 custom wardrobes directly with a European factory. Over the years, he has built a wide international network across the design world, from longstanding industry relationships to specialist makers and manufacturers.

Saskia Ilsen Nunn

Saskia Ilsen Nunn

FOUNDER

Saskia is a relationship-driven professional with over a decade of experience advising global clients and leading complex service operations across various sectors. She built an international career with large multinational organisations, during which she guided senior stakeholders, advised high-net-worth clients and led cross-border teams responsible for logistics and client service delivery for hundreds of complex global relocations.

She has negotiated and managed multi-million euro contracts and led the implementation of global projects, underscoring her expertise in large-scale, complex operations. Her global experience has cultivated acute cultural fluency and sharp commercial awareness.

Alongside her corporate career, Saskia founded a luxury bespoke bed and bath linen brand, giving her first-hand experience in the luxury OS&E space and deepening her appreciation for craftsmanship, high-quality materials and elevated service standards. From a young age she has had a strong personal interest in interiors and fabrics which informs her understanding of design.

We wanted to build a business where expertise and truly personal service could go hand-in-hand, where we could stay genuinely involved in the work and build meaningful, long-standing relationships with our clients.
